At this time, our orders are being processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping update from us! Currently our shipments are sent through Canada Post, below are the typical shipping times:

CANADA: 3-8 business days

USA: 7-10 business days

We will be sending you a follow-up email when your order ships. In the email, you will have access to the tracking number and a link to Canada Post for further tracking details.

If you don’t see any activity in the first 48 hours, don’t sweat! Please allow some time for the order tracking to update.

Canada: No duties (yay!) Your taxes will be calculated at checkout.

US: At this time, we are not able to offer pre-paid duties. Your order is subject to your local jurisdiction, and you will receive additional information from your courier for duty payment.

Given our small operation during this first launch, we are not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. As we continue to expand Team No Spill, we hope that we can implement more systems to ensure you get the care you need!
